Yoga Flow with Monica Marini

Thursday 6.30-7.45pm


A movement-based class that incorporates traditional and contemporary yoga postures in fluid progression.
The practice focus the mind, cultivate strength, and increase flexibility.
It promotes spinal and joint health while improving body-mind awareness.The dynamic and intelligently organised sequences are unique to this open level class.
While expanding your range of movements, you will deepen your relationship with your body , breath, mind and self-culminating in a long relaxation.

This is an open-level class , though previous experience of yoga advantageous.

Monica is a fully trained yoga teacher accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.
