Gentle everyday movements will be used to demonstrate how our mind directly influences the body, for better or worse.
By directing our mind and body differently we can reduce aches and pains, stress and anxiety levels and remove the tension that prevents us from moving with freedom of ease.
We will discover a much lighter, happier and more peaceful way of being allowing your true radiant self to shine!
