Rooms from £5 Per Hour (sea views and up to 150 seated for our largest room)
Our modern rooms feature floor to ceiling windows with sea views, we can provide catering to your room, projector, DVD and P/A system available, we are in a central location in the heart of Whitstable and house several rooms, our largest seating 150 or 200 standing with air conditioning and heating. We also feature a fully licensed balcony cafe.
For a limited time only our workshop rooms are available to book for just £5 per hour on our Sundays Saver scheme. From 10am until 5pm winter hours and 10am until 6pm summer hours.
The Centre is arranged over three floors totalling 900 sq metres and our workshop rooms are available for all your community needs from classes to meetings or private rehearsals. We can also provide catering to your room.
Outside of Sundays our workshop rooms are £8.50 per hour for individuals, self-employed individuals and local interest groups who are based in the local area (CT1 through 6) or £13.50 per hour for all businesses and others outside the CT1 through 6 post code area. Rooms can be booked from 9am until 9pm Mondays to Thursdays (from 10am bank holidays), 9am until 6pm Fridays and Saturdays.
We also offer a performance space at the top of the building in the 'upturned boat', that can seat up to 150 or up to 200 standing and is ideal for birthday parties, corporate functions, wedding receptions and gigs as well as classes.
The performance space is fully air conditioned, has underfloor heating and also includes a separate dressing room. Private functions and gigs can also be booked up to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Performance space prices start at £12.50 per hour on a Sunday, from 10am until 6pm summer hours and 10am until 5pm winter hours.

Performance Space - Function Hire
Birthday parties, wedding receptions, corporate functions etc.
Price includes performance space, dressing room and workshop 5 (can be used as second bar or cloak room)
Also included is PA system, stage, stage lights and cleaning

12 noon - 11pm inclusive £450
6pm - 11pm £250 Any additional hour between 12 noon and 6pm is £50 per hour
11pm - 12 midnight £100, please note the bar will always close at 11pm

Wall Space up the Stairs
It’s a little known fact that at our wall space up the stairs is for hire, from community needs to individual exhibitions and group shows.
This busy community space is currently at an introductory rate of £50 per week and we don’t take any commission on work sold.
The space includes the ground floor (pictured above), 1st floor and 2nd floor!
Schools, charities, groups, individuals and organisations have all taken advantage of this great space. As we have not been booking for this space long, there is still space free over the coming year, so book now to avoid disappointment.
