Rooms from £7 Per Hour (sea views and up to 150 seated for our largest room)
Our modern rooms feature floor to ceiling windows with sea views, we can provide catering to your room, projector, DVD and P/A system available in our largest room, we are in a central location in the heart of Whitstable with several rooms available, our largest seating 150 or 240 standing with air conditioning and heating. We also feature a fully licensed balcony cafe.
We now have a larger room available to hire. The Hub is situated next to the Horsebridge Cafe is 6.3 x 7.9m and is priced at £12 to £17 per hour.
For a limited time only our workshop rooms are available to book for just £7 per hour on our Sundays Saver scheme. From 10am until 5pm winter hours and 10am until 6pm summer hours.
The Centre is arranged over three floors totalling 900 sq metres and our workshop rooms are available for all your community needs from classes to meetings or private rehearsals.
Outside of Sundays our workshop rooms are £9.50 per hour for interest groups who are based in the local area (postcode CT1 through 6) or £15.00 per hour for all businesses and individuals outside the local area. Rooms can be booked from 9am until 9pm Mondays to Thursdays (from 10am bank holidays), 9am until 6pm Fridays and Saturdays.
We also offer a performance space at the top of the building in the 'upturned boat', that can seat up to 150 or up to 240 standing and is ideal for birthday parties, corporate functions, wedding receptions and gigs as well as classes.
The performance space is fully air conditioned, has underfloor heating and also includes a separate dressing room. Private functions and gigs can also be booked up to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Performance space prices start at £14 per hour on a Sunday, from 10am until 6pm summer hours and 10am until 5pm winter hours.

Performance Space - Children’s Parties
An all inclusive package for Children's parties of £35.00, three hours on a Saturday or Sunday. Price includes dressing room with toilets (with disabled access), set up and take down of chairs and tables. A seaside location with a great cafe facility for waiting parents.
Performance Space - Function Hire
Birthday parties, wedding receptions, corporate functions etc.
Price includes performance space, dressing room and workshop 5 (can be used as second bar or cloak room)
Also included is PA system, stage, stage lights and cleaning
The centre can be booked until 12 midnight, note our bar will always close at 11pm

Wall Space up the Stairs
Our wall space up the stairs is for hire, from community needs to individual exhibitions and group shows.
The space includes the ground floor (pictured above), 1st floor and 2nd floor!
Schools, charities, groups, individuals and organisations have all taken advantage of this great space.
