Thursday Night Pilates

Why not try something different and join our Pilates class? The class suits all levels and abilities, and is a fun way to improve flexibility and strength. Pilates is non-cardiovascular, so you shouldn't feel exhausted at the end of the session, but it will give you full body toning as we work on all major muscle groups. Bring along a mat (and perhaps a friend) and join our class, and you will soon feel stronger, leaner and more flexible.
Each class runs for an hour. Bring along a mat if you have one, otherwise you are welcome to borrow one.
