Why not take up Pilates? The classes cater to all levels and abilities, and are a happy mix of people who are just starting out and people who have done Pilates for a long time. Pilates is a non- cardiovascular way to get long, lean and toned muscles. It strengthens your whole body, and will improve your overall sense of well- being. Age is not an issue! Each class runs for an hour. Bring along a mat if you have one, otherwise you are welcome to borrow one. You may also bring along a friend.
