Conditions of Ticket Sales

The Horsebridge and / or visiting performers retain the right to alter or vary the advertised programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control, without prior notice and without obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Tickets may not be exchanged or the money refunded, except if an event is cancelled (see below). Ticket holders can make their own arrangements to pass on the tickets at face value or below.

In the event of cancellation, the Horsebridge will offer a full refund by cheque. If the performance is postponed the ticket holder may take a full refund by cheque or retain their ticket for the rescheduled event.

The Horsebridge cannot be held liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Every effort to admit latecomers to the performance space will be made at a suitable break in the performance.
